- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 – 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups low sodium beef broth
- 3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup sour cream
1.Spray Instant Pot with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Brown meat, onion, and garlic using the SAUTE function on the Instant Pot. Season with salt & pepper. We were living on the edge and used ground turkey. Spectacular!
3.Add in flour and stir well.
4.Stir in cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
5.Add uncooked noodles and stir.
6.Place lid on Instant Pot and set to 8 minutes on HIGH pressure.
7.Once finished, turn the valve from sealing to venting to Quick Release the pressure.
8.Remove lid and stir in sour cream before serving.
