If we number them left to right as \u201c1\/2\/3\u201d, our next step is to turn work to the front \u201cpretty side\u201d and fold creases 1 and 3 in the direction of crease 2. It should look a little bit like a wallet.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/Tmch-ibIWXkgzuGc6-y15KUCg7N-1cbJGSNh_2QMCX8-KqZse7hAngj2Fufh7iXBIGGBURCyuvfW7PtgaBceCJBT7YVAuvpJEGUcC3YjaGFY4Kx4oNT-owW8r0UVo1t_gMTgn_jh\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\"><li>Next make a short crease (I did not measure but ended up with about a half inch) above the center fold. Your work should now look like a letter Z.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/qVgcznhhi59Cc2gFLs0cbmGzeuDNVhey0Hkh063LYNoBNIRykNz03aEGzwNMgv-DBy101Fr1u_nkOhTP-6C2X53gdyVt9wZtDITNxh2cuH3ORTDujRdKcGBiE9jlDZ7QTujl1IfY\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\"><li>Turn work to the pretty side and align top down. It should look like the image below. You should notice that there are 4 parts: 2 shorter above and 2 longer below. Otherwise, it should be a rather neat rectangle.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/okLs7wfL8mAPlIPgiRsenRUZ09gv1Cgva3AulD6YMma5eH9Yc2MNoL6aP3pbuQdlZ2c4FsytvYu97JDmpBMIMIWRWE3a3hnjjX1ACUiVdBSqGdZnx-ObcPY1qd6NDo3RgFYY023z\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\"><li>The 2 lower parts will make the skirt of the dress. You will pull the bottom right corner to the right and press it with your fingers. Afterwards, pull the bottom left corner to the left and press it with your fingers. This will create an A-line to the skirt.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/4haLvCjNsDmwvEAD44ULHZrUdvSeTRnSbmrDpQuPT_Amhog25EF0rbX25Ddae6KWwdhTpiupStcmIsOua2ad2ifuWTRUfG0Sn9Y137byP6FrpFu8UYRagXFZ_EPUKa2r7f4PryKN\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\"><li>The 2 upper parts will make the dress bodice. Begin by making a neckline. Fold and crease the centers top-down like the image below.This should look like lapels.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/wnwD4aCmTU6nJlz5kriOxjOkce5TWTMvSQ-k_6FlAqp45H1QJ6SVrRFhrRIdxLfqDabiQ4htSd_plmolIEW1QJQ5TGACvuMI17EOuxTiX4Kg3DLE4Ao7qHQe7GGh6FnyexZlx_18\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\"><li>Keeping lapels pressed open, fold entire bodice in half, top down, following the lapel line. Below is a view from the ugly side of this step. I\u2019ve even ripped the corner of my lapel a little bit but you\u2019ll never see it in the end.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/SN8ERQl49NBgOMGuiyrPnIEWNF8J2ClwE9OdhOWJZt8gBpSxTph420faYNXOxoTvT8S6st0PPNRYvljXZRWqBX5DicqY3kORt7BWQQxcSwYtxwyiIBIVs_bvKIUxwROoZ_rfNfr2\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"10\"><li>The next step was the most difficult for me. I hope I can break it down for you! I had to unfold the right lapel and re-crease it, making a triangle piece that came to a clean point on the right side. I repeated the same on the left lapel.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/Zb_09QFeGRmbM8qCsLjJ6YhGNv8Pl_WN9oBSgRZzo7FeYkmfasEBRGHbisrwbTBY5zh3wb-LS6ehEaQa4mPy0B9NClOrQg4pzBfjsdsAnIGfs1HNC_9C75RcJBOl9y8-4Pjmo4Vd\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"11\"><li>The image below is both lapels turned in a boat neck neckline.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/fLr5izKhPB1Sx8yp8PBhyZiXtIJjIWLVnv1q4C7N4pCjVOandYRaj-6bgtG6Dl9UOc5DJShKig6v6etlSFDZWxX8ViOzJrDN07PE-25bbRDrfRCF14nhOB8Cy8iaX42dXL8zp4b1\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"12\"><li>Congratulations! It\u2019s all much easier from here to the end. You got this! Fold both bodice sides towards the back, making a narrow waistline. You will also fold a portion of the skirt to the back, completing the A-line of the skirt.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/SxXvOh0dLxQIy-4IVFjkE1RWuAl388B1jarTjqjeLUwb858tS92HnpAdOoLtX338wwV-l1mW2Gb_jlLI7-dU40Q1D-0JL15ZUgtzjXbza7UkYUDT9ocBG7ZIaoJmFzALBnbAmuy2\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"13\"><li>Turn work to the pretty side and fold the 2 top points directly to each side, making cap sleeves. Ta da!
