Mission Statement

      The mission of The Schuylerville Public Library is to assemble, preserve and provide printed, audio, video and other electronically accessed materials that will meet the educational, informational, cultural and recreational interests and needs of the community serviced by the Library and in compliance with local, state and federal laws.

      The Library will be a source of refuge, inspiration and safe harbor to all patrons who seek the services it provides. Approved and adopted by the Board of Trustees on September 13, 2005
